Shipping Policy

Delivery for orders to the UK mainland are as stated on each item. If you purchase multiple items they are calculated accordingly. If you are local to Ottershaw, Surrey and wish to collect the goods in person, to save on time and postage, this can be arranged you are most welcome!

 

 I am more than happy to deliver if you live within a 5 mile radius of KT16 in orders over £50 if you would prefer.

 

For International deliveries and destinations outside of mainland UK, please contact us either by email, or telephone for delivery charges prior to placing an order.

 

 We endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as possible using Royal Mail and you should normally receive your order within 5-10 working days or sooner if able. If you require your order urgently, please contact us and we may be able to arrange to send it by Courier delivery for an additional cost (to be advised at the time).

 

A signature may be required for proof of delivery depending on the value of your order.

 

‘Mrs. Plumbridge‘ unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by fault of Royal Mail, or adverse weather conditions.

 

We try to be as environmentally conscious as possible by recycling packaging materials and cardboard boxes.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We will exchange, or refund any item you are not happy with as long as the goods are returned in original condition within seven days of receipt. If you return an item please ask for proof of postage from your post office. Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. We suggest goods are returned by registered post as we cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit.

If an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a duplicate or refund.
